For a more accurate estimate, please have the following information when you call:

 

     1)  What pieces are you having cleaned?  ie. Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, Ottoman

     2)  How long is each piece?  ie.  7 ft Sofa  

                 (measure from outside of one arm to the outside of the other arm)

     3)  Besides the seat cushions, are there any other removable cushions?

                  ie. Loose Back Cushions or Toss Pillows

     4)  Is the furniture covered in regular or specialty fabric?

                  Specialty Fabric is: Microfiber, Microsuede, Velvet or Leather

 

     1)  How many windows of drapery do you have?

     2)  How wide is each window?

     3)  What is the style of drape on each widow? 

                  ie.  Pleated Panel, Box-Pleat, Pinch– Pleat, Jabot, Swag, or Box-Valence

             a)  If Pleated Panel, how many pleats are there across the top?

             b)  If Swag or Jabot, how many are across the window?

 

     1)  What is the size of the rug?

     2)  What type of rug is it?  ie.  Bound Broadloom, Braided, Dhurrie, Oriental

     3)  Is the rug made of wool or synthetic fiber?

     4)  Is there fringe on the rug?     

 

     1)  How many blinds do you have?

              a)  Are they less than 5 ft in width, between 5 ft and 8 ft, or greater than 8 ft

     2)  What type of blind are they?  ie.  Horizontal or Vertical

              a)  Types of horizontal:  Mini-Blinds, Pleated or Cellular or Roman Shades

              b)  Types of vertical:  Cloth or PVC (plastic)

                           1)  How many vanes are there per window?

                          2)  Are there weights or chains in the bottom of each vane?

 

     1)  What type(s) of tile do your have?

                ie. Ceramic, Porcelain, Granite, Saltillo, Slate, Travertine

     2)  What size is the area that you want cleaned?

                ie. 10 ft x 12 ft Kitchen Floor or 3-Sided Bath/Shower 6 ft High & 3 ft Deep

     3)  Do you want new tile only sealed or existing tile cleaned & sealed?

 

     1)  What are the sizes of your rooms?  ie.  BR is 10 ft x 12 ft

     2)  How many stairs and landings do you have?

     3)  Do you want the whole room  or  just the “Travel Paths” around the big

             furniture cleaned?

            a)  If Travel Paths, does your furniture take up 75% or 50% of the room’s area?
